Dawn is known for her ability to navigate complex reimbursement environments and anticipate regulatory and policy changes that impact DME suppliers nationwide.
Under her leadership, Chapman RCM Group has grown into a trusted RCM partner, recognized for its operational expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous education. Dawn remains actively involved in strategic direction, client relationships, and service expansion, ensuring the company consistently delivers reliable, high-quality revenue cycle support.
Meagan Wise
Director of Operations
Her background includes extensive experience in authorizations, eligibility verification, claims management, and payment posting, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the full revenue cycle. Meagan holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences for Orthopedics, and her experience working for an orthopedic surgeon provided a strong foundation in complex billing and insurance workflows.
As Director of Operations, Meagan focuses on optimizing internal processes, reducing denials, improving turnaround times, and supporting staff development. Her operational leadership helps ensure Chapman RCM Group delivers accurate, timely, and compliant billing services to its clients.
Meagan is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Healthcare Administration, further strengthening her commitment to leadership growth and operational excellence.
With seven years of experience in the medical field, Meagan has developed a strong understanding of the complexities of DME billing. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences for Orthopedics and has in-depth knowledge of the billing process, especially in relation to insurance verifications, claims management, and authorization procedures. Her background working for an orthopedic surgeon has equipped her with specialized expertise in managing healthcare-related billing challenges.
Meagan is committed to optimizing billing operations, reducing claim denials, and ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely reimbursements. Her extensive experience in the field helps her consistently deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Outside of her professional role, Meagan is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Organizational leadership in Healthcare Administration.
Kaitlyn Godfrey
Operations Support Manager
In her current position, Kaitlyn works closely with department leads and leadership to support workflow efficiency, reinforce best practices, and maintain consistency across teams. Her deep background in prior authorizations, payer requirements, and medical coding allows her to identify process gaps and provide practical support that strengthens operational performance.
Kaitlyn holds both the ACMA Prior Authorization Specialist Certification and a Medical Coding Certification, reflecting her strong technical foundation and commitment to accuracy and compliance. She remains actively engaged in monitoring payer policy updates and evolving authorization requirements to ensure Chapman RCM Group stays aligned with industry standards.

Courtney Smith
Client Account Director
Courtney holds a Medical Assistant degree with specialized training in billing and coding. Her expertise includes compliance oversight, denial reduction strategies, and optimization of billing workflows to support timely and accurate reimbursement. She has been with Chapman RCM Group for over four years, during which time she has played a key role in improving claims performance and strengthening client relationships.
As a Client Account Director, Courtney serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and accountability. She remains actively engaged in continuing education and stays current with evolving payer policies, particularly Medicare regulations, to maintain high standards of compliance and billing accuracy.
Courtney Keller
Client Account Director
Courtney began her healthcare career as a Certified Medical Assistant in orthopedics, where she developed a strong foundation in medical billing, coding, and payment posting while also gaining firsthand experience in patient care. She later expanded her expertise as a DME fitter, working directly with patients requiring mastectomy and compression garments—experience that deepened her understanding of both patient advocacy and DME billing requirements.
In her role as Client Account Director, Courtney focuses on proactive claims resolution, process improvement, and clear communication with clients. Her ability to manage complex payer requirements while maintaining accuracy and efficiency helps support strong cash flow and client confidence.
Courtney remains committed to ongoing education and staying current with industry regulations and insurance policy changes, ensuring Chapman RCM Group continues to deliver dependable, compliant billing services.
